Somewhere special, perhaps best combined with a stay at a mainland hotel. Ilet Oscar is a small island with just one authentic colonial building and very little else! The island is deserted apart from the day trippers who arrive every day to share the beach! There is nowhere else to go on the island so we recommend a full board basis.
Truly a get away from it all experience. There is no telephone and the electricity is solar power. One warning - the tap water is not drinkable here, but there is always a plentiful supply of bottled water.

The rooms are clean and tidy, staff is polite and fairly responsive.
Very nice hotel with very good breakfast and views. I recommend this hotel
